Recommended power & height settings for PRO Series 1000, 2000, 4000
Germination:
Hanging height- 25”-30” (16 hours ON/8 hours OFF)
Power setting- 20%-40%
Seedling:
Hanging height- 25”-30” (16 hours ON/8 hours OFF)
Power setting- 40%-60%
Veg:
Hanging height- 18”-24” (18 hours ON/6 hours OFF)
Power setting- 60%-90%
Flower:
Hanging height- 12”-20” (12 hours ON/12 hours OFF)
Power setting- 90%-100%
Make sure both (front and back) ON/OFF switches are ON. The switch on the back of the dimmer box is responsible for dimming and daisy chain functions.
Using the provided RJ14 cord, connect two lights together via the RJ ports (RJ1 on main light to RJ2 on secondary light). Use the same format when daisy-chaining multiple lights. The main unit must have the back switch turned ON. The secondary unit/units must have the back switch turned OFF.
No. Doing so may damage either light causing it to fail.
SonoFarm headquarters and warehouse are located in South Carolina, USA. Our manufacturing is outside of the United States. Manufacturing costs in the US would be doubled or tripled simply because of labor costs and overhead. Our goal is to offer affordable, high-quality products that are backed by our 5-year warranty.

Yes. We offer overnight delivery for an additional charge. Your rate will be calculated in cart after you fill out your shipping information.

Payment
We accept PayPal and credit card payments at this time. We also accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.)
In case of a return, you will receive your refund to the form of payment used at checkout. Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
Make sure your billing information and zip code match your credit card billing information. That is the most common error.
